Return and Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After notifying us of the cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product to us.
If your return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
Only the costs for returning the product from your address to our return address are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier's website for the applicable rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Once we have received and inspected your returned product in good condition, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
Administration and Processing Fee
For all approved refunds, an administration and processing fee of 10% of the purchase amount will be deducted.
This fee covers payment processing costs, administration, logistical handling, and other operational costs already incurred.
Important Information
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
